Introduction

You and your classmates have been asked to write and illustrate a children's book about the life and times of early Native Americans.

Each book will provide insight into one of these areas: Dwellings, Food, Transportation, and Clothing. After reading your class book will the readers should be able to answer the question, "What are the important things to know about Native Americans?" The answer in your hands.

Task

The following directions are to help write your book. Your class book should be:

• written in similar style as The Important Book by Margaret Wise Brown. For example,
